Moving... sort of. Please read.:)

Journal Entry: Sun Sep 30, 2007, 10:07 PM
I've decided that I'm going to use this account solely for personal work. Keep it less cluttered. Of course, I would still like to display the work I do for Subbie, so I've made a separate account:
[link]

Expect all of the related work here to disappear and reappear over there very soon. The new name will be solely for items and/or pets that have been released on the site. :)

.. and no, I don't know why I named it that. I just like the phrase. xD And I'm awful when it comes to naming things.

Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience of this. I just thought it might be best. Thanks, everyone!:D

Can't get to Subeta?

Journal Entry: Tue Jun 12, 2007, 11:08 PM
I know quite a few have been asking in comments why they can't get to Subeta. For some reason, I can't seem to reply, so I'm making this journal. Probably a better idea anyway.

SO. Subeta's having some technical issues right now, BUT you can still access the site. It's now available at subetax.org

To-Do List

Journal Entry: Wed Mar 14, 2007, 4:47 PM
Hi everybody.:)

Yeah, I'm putting up a to-do list here because I always lose real-life journals and notepads and I'm tired of having 30 of the same list floating around. x3

-Subeta things.
-The only drawback is that I can't list those things. Not that I particularly care if you all knew, because it's not like supersecretprojects, but I don't want to get fired.
-Gaia Shop
-Finish up at least another species
-Miscellaneous images, like headers and dividers
-Figure out a price point and write out text
-Contest Winners Prizes
-Phantompony (Kiedis)
-Mythie (Panda/Feli)
-Clearkid (Naia)
-WolfieJan (Fursona)
-My own stuff
-Mermaids
-That idea I have in my head with the horses and woman
-That other one I have with the fox
-Finish that poor sketchy Peg and Kirin

I think that is it for the list.

Yesterday I went with my mom down to Bakersfield, and we came across a Barnes and Noble. So much better selection there than our's here. We splurged on a bunch of books, mostly reference(Henna designs, a book of Kimonos, a tattoo magazine, a picture book of Harajuku fashions and a guide to Warcraft.) I'm also waiting on two books from ebay; historical dress from around the world and traditional geisha-type hairstyles. Hee hee hee. I can't wait for them to arrive. I hope they do.

Okay, enough bending your ear for this month. Unless I get stuff done, in which case I'll be back sooner than that.^_^ Take care!

So, not much to say in way of updates. Lots of stuff happening, not very much of it good.. I also re-applied to Subeta; I've told just about everyone else this, so why not you guys? I also finished some of the pictures I promised to you guys from the last journal, I still have three more to do, and they're the really tough ones. x)
Okay.. here's my real reason for making this journal. It's kind of a risk, but I'm hoping the above paragraph will mask this if she happens to stumble in here. Which I doubt, but I'm going to be semi-careful anyway. If you're on Subeta, I'm holding a contest there, I'm trying to get some art for my mom(who has had a ..very very rough month. And she won't let me buy her anything. This is a surprise, though I don't think anyone knows her on Subeta, but still, no telling!). There are many nice prizes, and the top one is a darkmatter potion. 50k just for entering, art from me(I know what you're thinking, but I'm going to prove you wrong!), a prize to a random entrant, a prize to a random poster.. so if nothing else, come on down and bump the board for me. [link] the things you have to draw are super-easy, too.
Okay, a little more filler down here.. just cause.. Doodley-doodley-doo.

Just your run-of-the-mill headcold. It was bound to happen soon. I haven't been using my hand-sanitizer as often. Fortunately, the sore throat seems to be going away, and I think I hate that part more than the stuffy nose filled with snot that goes from a cement-like consistency that couldn't be drilled out to the constantly runny pukey green snot that goes straight through the cheap tissue when you blow your nose, or the ungodly amount of pressure between the eyes that feels like it could only be relieved if your head exploded. BUT I doubt you came here to hear me whine and fill your head with disturbing visuals! So, here's why my pain and suffering is good for you.

Since I'm feeling a little better, and a little restless, I want to do draw. I don't really feel like doing something big, and I certainly can't think of any of my own characters I want to draw, so I want to draw something for you guys. I think I found something on my scanner that cleans up stuff real nice, and I want to test it out.(Always, ALWAYS figure out stuff like, years after I've had the thing. Remember when it took me two years to figure out that you could have layers in PSP? Sheesh. I'm slow.)

So. Right now. Uh...first 5 people, we'll say. See how it goes. Anything you want. Only request is that it *doesn't* have wings unless they are small.

This is the kind of thing to expect:

Give me something to do, plz?
